Ingenuity : The Plywood Chateau

I first found these wonderful mobile interiors while reading an article about the artist, James Westwater and his quite cleverly designed Beacon, NY home in Ready Made Magazine. At first I though that he and his wife building their home in an old School House was pretty bohmerian but it is these art carts he builds that really has me excited. In many ways I wounder what great inspiration these can be for designers working on mobile dwellings or for anyone trying to temporarily resolve the issue of nomadic city living, aka homelessness.

For more on the artist visit his website James Westwater.
